Dear Valued Customer,

This Product End-of-Life (EOL) Notification serves as a formal notification that Guangzhou Robustel Co., Ltd. is going to discontinue the sale of R3000/R3000Quad with WiFi models below. As part of our on-going product life cycle management process, Robustel acknowledges the obligation to promptly inform you of the intent to end products, and to enable you to prepare for alternatives and/or assistance in their product renewal process. Please review the detailed information given below:

Effective July 5, 2024, Robustel will begin the EOL process for the R3000/R3000Quad with WiFi models due to shortage of materials. The End-of-sale date is July 5, 2025. All customer orders placed after the EOL Issue Date will be Non-Cancellable and Non-Returnable (NCNR).

For further details, please refer to the attachment included with this EOL.

If you currently have open orders with the discontinued product, we recommend that you place your order as soon as possible.
