This Product End-of-Life (EOL) Notification serves as a formal notification that Guangzhou Robustel Co., Ltd. is going to discontinue the sale of the R5020 with 5G module RM500Q series products. As part of our on-going product life cycle management process, Robustel acknowledges the obligation to promptly inform you of the intent to end products, and to enable you to prepare for alternatives and/or assistance in their product renewal process. Please review the detailed information given below:

Effective August 19, 2024, Robustel will begin the EOL process for the R5020 with RM500Q module due to the RM500Q module series is EOL. The End-of-sale date is February 19, 2025.

For further details, please refer to the attachment included with this EOL.

If you currently have open orders with the discontinued product, we recommend that you place your order as soon as possible.
