Dear Valued Customer,
This Product Change Notification (PCN) serves as formal notice that Guangzhou Robustel Co., Ltd. will change the default login password for EG5120, EG5100, and LG5100 products running RobustOS Pro.
Previously, each device was configured with a randomly generated factory password. After this change, the default login password will be set to "admin" to improve product usability.
Customers requiring a randomly generated password or another customized password configuration should specify this requirement when placing an order.
This change will take effect on January 25, 2024. Please refer to the PCN for further details.
