Dear Valued Customer,

This Product Change Notification (PCN) serves as formal notice that Guangzhou Robustel Co., Ltd. will replace the standard 4G rubber antenna, PN E003168, with the new antenna, PN E003220, for the R1500, R1510, R1511, R1520, R2010, and R2011 series.

The new antenna supports a wider frequency range, improving compatibility with cellular networks in more countries and regions. Its dimensions and appearance differ slightly from those of the previous antenna, while product function, quality, and reliability remain unaffected.

This change will apply to new orders received after March 1, 2025. Customers may continue to order the previous antenna, PN E003168, as an optional accessory where required.
