Dear Valued Customer,

This Product Change Notification (PCN) serves as formal notice that Guangzhou Robustel Co., Ltd. will change the color of the housing sticker used on the R3000, R3000 LG, and R3000 Quad products to a blue-green color based on PANTONE 320 U and PANTONE 7690 U.

This change is intended to align the housing sticker color with the color scheme of the RobustOS user interface. The change is cosmetic only and will not affect the product's fit, function, quality, or reliability.

This change will take effect in June 2025. Please refer to the PCN for further details.
