Dear Valued Customer,

This Product Change Notification (PCN) serves as formal notice that Guangzhou Robustel Co., Ltd. plans to implement hardware upgrades for the EG5120 and EG5200 series.

For the EG5120 series, the standard storage configuration will be upgraded from 16 GB eMMC to 64 GB eMMC, and additional models with 4 GB and 8 GB RAM will be introduced alongside the standard 2 GB RAM models.

For the EG5200 series, the existing 4 GB RAM and 32 GB eMMC configuration will be upgraded to 8 GB RAM and 64 GB eMMC.

Firmware version 2.4.105 will be provided to ensure compatibility with the upgraded hardware. Customers using custom Extend packages will need to obtain and validate a package compatible with the new hardware.

This change was originally scheduled to take effect on May 15, 2026. Please refer to Appendices I and II of the PCN for the applicable part-number migration tables.
