This Product Change Notification (PCN) serves as formal notice that Guangzhou Robustel Co., Ltd. will implement a hardware update for the EG5120 series.

Due to the end-of-life status of the 16 GB eMMC component, the standard storage configuration will be upgraded to 64 GB eMMC to ensure long-term supply continuity. In addition to the standard 2 GB RAM models, new 4 GB RAM models will be introduced to support applications with higher performance requirements.

Please note that the previously announced 8 GB RAM variants have been canceled and will not be released due to upstream component supply adjustments.

Firmware version 2.4.105 or later is required for full compatibility with the upgraded hardware. Customers using custom Extend packages must obtain a recompiled package and complete the necessary validation before deployment.

This change will take effect on June 20, 2026. Please refer to Appendix I of the PCN for the applicable part-number and B-code migration table.
