This Product Change Notification (PCN) serves as formal notice that Guangzhou Robustel Co., Ltd. has decided to cancel the hardware upgrade previously announced for the EG5200 series in CPPCN 20260402001.

The planned upgrade to 8 GB RAM and 64 GB eMMC has been suspended indefinitely due to fluctuations in the upstream component supply and adjustments to the product strategy.

The existing standard configuration of 4 GB RAM and 32 GB eMMC will remain unchanged. Robustel will continue to supply the current EG5200 series SKUs without any structural or component changes.

This cancellation will take effect on June 20, 2026. Please refer to the PCN for further details.
