Dear Valued Customer,

This Product Change Notification (PCN) serves as formal notice that Guangzhou Robustel Co., Ltd. will add an additional EAN-13 barcode label to the individual product boxes of all standard product Order Codes with individual product packaging.

The existing product label will remain unchanged, and there will be no change to the PN, SKU, product specifications, or certifications.

Customer-specific or customized Order Codes are not covered by this change and will be managed separately based on individual requirements. All newly released standard products will adopt the EAN-13 barcode label in accordance with the updated packaging specification.

This change is intended to improve warehouse operations, inventory management, barcode scanning, and product identification for customers and distribution partners.

This change will be implemented for products manufactured from September 2026. Existing finished-goods inventory will not be reworked unless otherwise required. During the transition period, products with and without the additional EAN-13 barcode label may coexist in the market.
