Device Locations displays devices on a map so you can see where a fleet is deployed and find devices by group or online status. Use it when you need a geographic view of devices across sites and want to open a device's details.

Before you begin

Sign in to your RCMS company account and make sure the devices are added to it. Devices can use GPS, cellular location information or a manually set location. Available location information depends on the device and its configuration.

Find devices on the map

1. Open RobustLink and select Device Locations.
2. Under Device Groups, select the group you want to view. For example, select a site group to focus on its devices. The matching devices appear in the list and their available locations appear on the map.
3. To narrow the list, search by serial number, device name or model, or use the Online filter.
4. Use the checkboxes beside the listed devices to choose which devices to display. Zoom the map as needed, and select a location marker to see device information, including the device name, model, online status and location method. If a marker represents multiple devices, select a device in the list that opens to see its details.

If a device is not shown

Check that the correct group and filters are selected, the device is selected in the list, and its location information is available. Review the device's location settings if a location is missing or unexpected.
