Use the device list in RobustLink to find a device, check its status and export device information for inventory review or reporting.

Before you begin

Sign in to RCMS, select your company and open RobustLink. Your account needs access to the devices you want to view.

Find a device

1. In RobustLink, open Devices > View All Devices.
2. Use the search box to find a device, for example by its name or serial number. You can also use the available filters to narrow the list.
3. Review the matching entries and their displayed connection status. For example, search for R1510 to find matching devices.

Export device information

1. In View All Devices, select the checkboxes for the devices you want to export.
2. Click Export. To use the Export All option, open the arrow beside Export and select Export All.
3. Click the download icon at the top of the page to check the export progress and download the completed Excel file when its status is Ready. Export records are retained for 24 hours, so download the file promptly.
