Find Firmware and Apps in RCMS App Center

App Center is the RCMS library for finding Robustel firmware and apps, as well as custom apps available to your company. Use it to inspect a package and its version history before planning a device update.

Before you begin

Sign in to RCMS and select the company account that manages your devices.

Find firmware or an app

  1. Select App Center in the top navigation.
  2. Select Firmware to browse official firmware or RobustOS App to browse official RobustOS apps. The E2C App tab lists Edge2Cloud apps.
  3. Use the search field to search by model, name or version. Use the DeviceOS selector to narrow the list if needed.
  4. Open a package card to view its details and version history.

For example, search for R151 in Firmware. The result shows the R151x Series, DeviceOS, package version and upload date. Open the card to review the applicable devices, release notes and history versions before selecting a package for your device.

Find a custom app

Select Custom App to browse custom apps available to your company. Open a card to review its details and version history. Access to this tab depends on upload permission or whether a distributor has published apps to your company.

Before updating a device: Check the package's applicable device and firmware information. Finding a package in App Center does not by itself confirm that it is suitable for every device.
