How to Allocate Licenses to End Customers via RCMS Distributor Console?
Distributors can use the Robustel Cloud Manager Service (RCMS) Distributor Console to allocate licenses to end customers efficiently. This guide provides a step-by-step process based on the provided screenshot of the "My Customers" page.
- Access to the RCMS Distributor Console with valid administrator credentials.
 - A list of end customer details (e.g., company name, email).
 - Available license keys or quotas purchased for distribution.
 - Internet connection for real-time updates.
 
- Log in to RCMS Distributor Console Access the console using your administrator account via the Robustel portal.
 - Navigate to My Customers From the main dashboard, click on "Distributor Console" and select "My Customers" from the left-hand menu.
 - View Customer List The table displays registered customers, including columns like Company Name, Owner Account, Company Type, End Customers, Total Devices, Users, Invitation Status, and license types (Essential, Advanced, Captive Portal PRO, Operations Console). 
 Assign Licenses or Devices
- Locate the customer (e.g., "AB COMPANY" or "Big Mountain").
 - Click the "ASSIGN Production"  button in the "Action" column to allocate licenses.
 - Select the appropriate license type (e.g., Essential, Advanced) and increase the number of license with assigned product
