It ensures proper SIM card connectivity to the mobile network and addresses common issues like connection failures or PIN FDN (Fixed Dialing Number) restrictions, enabling seamless VoIP or data services for applications like elevator communication systems.

). Log in using the admin credentials (default: username admin
, password admin
).
- Note: If the default credentials do not work, refer to the device manual or contact your administrator for the correct credentials.

Step 4: Save and Reboot
- Click “Submit” and “Save&Apply” to save the APN configuration.

After apply changes, the module service will be reboot, please wait a while
After rebooting, return to the management interface and check the “Status” page to confirm if the SIM card shows “Connected” or has been assigned an IP address.
Step 5: Test Network Connectivity
Verify the SIM card connection:
- Check the “Status” page to confirm the gateway is connected to the mobile network (e.g., 4G/3G) and has an IP address.
Perform a ping test to validate connectivity:

ping 8.8.8.8
ping www.google.com
- If the ping is successful, the APN configuration is correct, and the network is operational.
- If the ping fails, note the error message (e.g., timeout or DNS resolution failure) and proceed to troubleshooting.
