This End-of-Life (EOL) Notification serves as a formal notification that Guangzhou Robustel Co., Ltd. is going to discontinue the support of the Remote UI feature in RCMS - RobustLink (Device Details -> Configuration -> Edit Configuration). As part of our on-going feature life cycle management process, Robustel acknowledges the obligation to promptly inform you of the intent to remove significant feature, and to enable you to prepare for alternatives and/or assistance in their function renewal process.
Effective June 12, 2025, Robustel will begin the EOL process for the Remote UI feature in RCMS due to the implementation of the remote access feature. The End-of-Service date is June 12, 2026.
If you are currently relying on this feature,we strongly recommend that you begin transitioning to the Remote Access feature in RCMS - RobustLink (Device details -> Remote Access), which is actively supported and enables direct access to device interfaces via HTTPS, RDP, SSH, Telnet, and more - providing greater compatibility, security, and reliability.
