Robustel Smart Roaming V2/V3: Product Support List & Setup Guide
Smart Roaming is a critical feature for Robustel devices, enabling intelligent switching between multiple carrier networks to ensure stable and continuous connectivity. This functionality is available in two versions: Smart Roaming V2 and V3, supported on various product models.
Support is indicated by √ (supported, including specified firmware version) or × (not supported). Some products require a License to be imported during production to enable the feature.

How to Enable Smart Roaming?
- Check Firmware Version: Log in to the device Web UI (default IP: 192.168.0.1), navigate to Status Dashboard and verify the version matches the requirements listed in the table.
Activate Configuration: In Services, enable the Smart Roaming option and select V2 or V3 based on the supported version.

How do I obtain a License?
The Smart Roaming v3 license must be
factory-installed before
shipping. It cannot be added or upgraded after the device has left the factory.
