View Billing History in RCMS

Billing History brings your company's RCMS transactions and licence activity together. Use it to find records for a period or operator and inspect the licence details associated with a consumption entry.

Before you begin: Sign in to RCMS, select your company, and use an account with access to Billing History.

Find a billing record

  1. Select Account in the top navigation bar, then select Billing History under Operation.
  2. Choose a Start Time and End Time for the period you want to review.
  3. To narrow the list, enter an operator name or transaction number and select the search icon.
  4. Review the matching records. The columns identify the transaction time, billing type, quantity, product, operator and target when available.

Example: search for records associated with Joe Bloggs within a selected period.

Replace Joe Bloggs with your own operator name or transaction number. If no entries appear, check the date range and search terms. The EXPORT control is available for exporting billing history.

View licence details

  1. Find a record with Consumption as its billing type.
  2. Select Details in the More column.
  3. In LICENSE DETAILS, review the device, start and end times and quantity for that record. Close the window to return to Billing History.

Billing Type identifies the transaction category, Quantity shows the number involved, and Product identifies the licence or service. The details available depend on the entry.
