Estate Log records Operations Console events from installation and maintenance activities. Review the logs to investigate events across installed devices, or export records for follow-up.
Before you begin: Sign in to the correct RCMS company with access to Operations Console.
View and export logs
- Open Operations Console > Estate Log and select View Logs.
- Review the event list. Use the start and end time fields to focus on the period of interest.
- Select records and choose EXPORT for the selection, or choose EXPORT ALL for logs in the selected time range.
- Check your browser's downloads for the Excel file.
Estate Log retains the last three months of history. Export records you need to keep for longer according to your organisation's retention policy.
Review event settings
Open Log Settings to review the supported events and their enabled status. Select events and use NOTIFICATION SETTINGS to configure suppression intervals and email notifications. Changes take effect when saved.
Important: A disabled event does not generate an event log even when its alert conditions are met. Review the effect on monitoring before disabling an event.
