Operations Console's Commercial views help you compare installed devices by site, data usage and uptime. Use them to identify devices consuming more data or experiencing extended periods without an RCMS connection.
Before you begin: Sign in to the correct RCMS company with access to Operations Console and installation records.
Review installed sites
- Select Operations Console in the top navigation and open Commercial.
- Open Site List to review installed devices, site data usage and uptime.
- To export selected devices, select their checkboxes and choose EXPORT.
Compare data usage and uptime
- Open Data Usage to review the highest-usage installations and the estate-wide average. Select a data usage value to view its recent history.
- Open Uptime to review device uptime. Use the list-size control if you need to view more records.
- Select devices and choose EXPORT, or use EXPORT ALL to export the devices in the view.
Data usage uses a rolling 30-day period and may differ from the SIM's usage. Uptime is the percentage of time connected to RCMS over the last 30 days, including today; if an installation is newer than 30 days, its installation duration is used.
Check the browser's downloads for exported Excel files. Treat site and device records as operational information and share them only with authorised people.
