RCMS Cloud licenses determine which device management, remote connectivity and captive portal functions are available for a device. Use this comparison to review Basic, Essentials, Advanced and Captive Portal Pro, and understand Operations Console and RobustVPN data packages.

Each device uses a device license. Basic is free; for paid features, purchase and allocate a license to each device. You can purchase licenses directly in RCMS using a credit card.
The separate Operations Console license is assigned to a company account, is valid for 30 days and supports up to 5,000 devices. It provides access to provisioning, installation, technical support, commercial tools and estate logs.
RobustVPN data packages: The RobustVPN Data Pool is shared across all registered devices, so data packages do not need to be allocated to individual devices. A package is automatically added to the pool after the Advanced license data contribution is used up and is valid for 30 days from first use.
To buy or allocate licenses, open Account and select RCMS Assets. Use BUY MORE to purchase licenses, or ALLOCATE to assign available device licenses. See Manually allocate RCMS licenses to your devices for allocation details.
