Connect a RobustOS Pro gateway to RCMS Cloud so it can appear in RobustLink for remote monitoring and supported management tasks. This example uses an EG5120 gateway.
Before you begin: Sign in to your RCMS company account, have the gateway identification details available, and ensure the gateway has Internet access. You also need access to the gateway's local web interface.
Add the gateway to RCMS
- In RobustLink, open Add/Remove Devices.
- Add the gateway using its device identification and select the appropriate device operating system.
- Open View All Devices and search for the gateway's serial number to find its entry.

Enable RCMS on the gateway
- Connect to the gateway and sign in to its web interface.
- Open Services > RCMS and enable RCMS.
- Select the RCMS environment required for your account, or enter the custom server URL and port supplied for your deployment.
- Submit and apply the configuration.
Check the connection
Return to View All Devices, search for the gateway and check its online and registration status. If it does not connect, check Internet connectivity, the selected environment and the applied RCMS settings.
