Update or uninstall an app across selected devices in a RobustLink group when the same change is needed on several devices. Check the app update history to follow the results.
Before you begin: Sign in to the correct company and identify the group and target devices. Check that the app is appropriate for the device series and that the devices are online.
Warning: App changes and reboots can interrupt device services. Check the target devices, app and maintenance timing before proceeding.
Update an app
- Open RobustLink > Device Groups, select the group and open Apps.
- Select Update, choose the update and reboot timing, device series and app.
- Select the target devices and choose Save.
- Review App Update History for the result.
Uninstall an app
- On the group's Apps page, select Uninstall.
- Select the device series and app, then choose the uninstall and reboot timing. If you choose uninstall only, it is applied at the next reboot.
- Select the target devices and choose Save.
- Review App Update History for the result.
