A Passenger WiFi portal template can contain multiple devices. Add devices when expanding a deployment, move them between templates or remove them when they no longer use the portal.
Before you begin: Sign in to the correct RCMS company and identify the portal templates and devices involved. Check the effect on the Wi-Fi service before making changes.
Add devices
- Open RobustLink > Passenger WiFi, select Portal Manager and open the portal template.
- Open Devices and select Add.
- Select devices from the list and select SAVE, or upload a device list using the provided Excel template.
- Check the device list for the added devices.
Move or remove devices
- In the portal's Devices tab, select the devices to change.
- Choose MOVE TO and select another portal template, or choose REMOVE to remove them from this template.
- Review the selection and confirm the operation. Check the affected device lists.
Important: Moving or removing a device removes its session history from that template's session history list. If it is moved back, its last three months of session history can be displayed again.
Export the device list
Select devices and choose EXPORT to export the selection, or use EXPORT ALL for the full list. Check your browser's downloads for the Excel file.
