Schedule a device report to generate a file at regular intervals. You can review previously generated reports and optionally send report notifications by email.
Before you begin: Sign in to the company account containing the device. Choose a report with the data you need and identify the intended email recipients if notifications are required.
Set a report schedule
- In RobustLink, open View All Devices and select the device's serial number.
- Open Reports, then select the report card you want to schedule.
- Select Schedule Report Settings and choose Enable Schedule Report.
- Enter an Exported File Name and choose the Frequency, schedule date where applicable, and Schedule Time (UTC).
- To send notifications, enable email notification and select the intended email address. Review the settings and select SAVE.
For example, choose a daily schedule for a link report if your team reviews connectivity each day. The schedule time is in UTC; account for your local time when choosing it.
Review generated reports
Open the same device report and select Generated Reports to review previously generated files. To stop a schedule, open Schedule Report Settings, select Disable Schedule Report and save.
