Update firmware for selected devices in a RobustLink device group when you need to deploy a compatible version across a fleet. Select the target series, version, devices and reboot timing, then review the update history.
Before you begin: Sign in to the correct company and identify the target group and devices. Check that the firmware is compatible with the device series and that devices are online to receive the upgrade.
Warning: Firmware updates and reboots can interrupt connectivity and services. Review compatibility and the target selection, and choose a suitable maintenance window before proceeding.
Update selected devices
- Open RobustLink > Device Groups and select the group.
- Open Firmware and select Update.
- Select the device series and firmware version, then choose the update and reboot timing.
- Select the devices to update and choose Save.
- Open Firmware Update History to review the status and check the devices after the update.
Update All targets all eligible devices in the group. Check the scope carefully before using it.
