A device's alert log brings its alert records into the device details page. Use it when investigating events for one device; for a fleet-wide view, use Alert Center.

Open the device alert log

1. Select View All Devices in the left menu.
2. Find the device and select its serial number to open its details.
3. Open the Alert Logs tab.
4. Review the records by Timestamp, Alert Name and Group Name.

For example, review the timestamps of a device's alerts while investigating when a reported event occurred. Compare the alert name and group with the issue you are investigating.
