Alert Center brings device alerts together so you can identify affected devices, review when an event occurred and assess its alert level. Use this page to investigate events across your device fleet.

Before you begin

Sign in to RCMS, select your company and open RobustLink.

View device alerts

1. In the left menu, select Alert Center.
2. Open the View Alerts tab. The summary shows alert counts by level.
3. Review the alert list. Each record shows the alert name, level and timestamp, along with the device name, serial number and device group.
4. Use the search box or the start and end time fields to narrow the records you are reviewing.

Example: Search for R1510 to find alerts for that device. The list can show Offline and Online events; compare their Timestamp values to see when each event occurred. Alert Level shows the severity, while Status indicates whether the alert is read or unread.
