Use a device's Information page to check its connection, firmware and usage history in one place. This helps you identify the device and review its recent network activity before troubleshooting or managing it remotely.

Before you begin

Sign in to RCMS, select your company and open RobustLink. The device must have been added to the company account and be accessible to your user account.

Open device information

1. Open Devices > View All Devices.
2. Find the device using its name or serial number. For help, see Find and Export Devices in RobustLink.
3. Click the device's serial number to open its device page.
4. Select Information.

The summary at the top shows the device name and connection information. In the example below, the R1510 is online and uses WWAN1 as its active connection. The Information panel also shows the firmware version, operating system and carrier.

Read the information

• Online status: shows whether the device is currently connected to RCMS. Registration status is shown separately in the device information.
• Connection and signal: review the active connection type and cellular signal strength shown for the device.
• Device details: use the information section to identify the serial number, firmware version and device group.
• History charts: review available WAN/WWAN traffic usage, signal strength, connection history and latency over the selected time period.

For a closer look at a chart, use its time-range controls. To review reports for the device, select the Reports tab.
