Passenger WiFi portal statistics help you review device availability, client sessions and data usage for a portal template. Use the overview to monitor activity across the devices assigned to that portal and export chart data for further analysis.

View portal statistics

1. Select Passenger WiFi, open Portal Manager and select the portal template card.
2. Review the summary for total devices, online and offline devices, online clients and portal data usage.
3. Open Overview to review the available session and data usage charts. Select a time period for the chart.
4. Select REFRESH to refresh the summary. Wait for the refresh to finish and the confirmation to appear.

For example, compare client session counts and daily portal data usage over the same period to investigate a change in guest Wi-Fi activity. The overview also shows settings such as allowed sites and the redirection URL.

Export chart data

1. In Overview, locate the chart you want to export and select its Export control.
2. Select the time range, then select EXPORT.
3. Check your browser's downloads for the Excel file.
