View RCMS Notifications

Use RCMS Notifications to read platform announcements, maintenance notices and release notes. The Notifications page keeps past messages together so you can return to a notice after closing it.

Before you begin: Sign in to RCMS and select your company account.

Open and read a notification

Select your user name in the upper-right corner. In the account menu, select Notifications.
Find the message in the list and select its name to open the message.
Read the subject and message, then select CLOSE to return to the list.

In this example, the list contains a maintenance notice and release notes. Status shows whether a message has been read, Type identifies the kind of message, and Date shows when it was posted. If an Attachment link is available, select it to open the associated file.

Find earlier messages

Use the search field to look for a subject, version or message. You can also select a Start Time and End Time to narrow the list, and use the page controls to browse additional results.

To mark notifications as read together, select MARK ALL AS READ.
