RobustVPN Manager is the Windows desktop client used to connect your computer to a RobustVPN group. This article shows you how to find and download it.

Before you begin

You need an RCMS account and access to the Support resources in RCMS. If you cannot access the resources, contact your RCMS administrator or Robustel Support.

Download the Windows client

1. Sign in to RCMS Cloud and open Support.
2. Choose Resources.
3. Find RVPN Manager in the file list. The installer may also appear in the Latest upload panel.
4. Find the RobustVPN Manager Setup executable and select its download icon. Wait for the download to finish and locate the file in your browser's downloads.

After downloading

Open the downloaded installer on your Windows computer and follow its instructions. To connect, sign in to RobustVPN Manager with a user assigned to the VPN group, select the group and start the connection.
