Invite a User to an RCMS Company Account

Invite a colleague to your RCMS company account so they can access its devices and services. Assign a role to control what the person can do. After the invitation is sent, use the Users page to check whether it has been accepted.

Before you begin: Sign in to the correct company with permission to manage users. Have the invitee’s email address ready and choose a role appropriate for their responsibilities.

Invite a user

  1. Select ACCOUNT at the bottom of the left sidebar, then select Users under Account Settings.
  2. Select INVITE.
  3. In User Account, enter the person’s email address.
  4. Under Role Name, select the role that matches the access the person needs.
  5. Optionally add a Description to identify the user’s purpose or team.
  6. Select SAVE to send the invitation.

If RCMS reports that the login account already exists, search the Users list for the email address and check its invitation status before inviting the user again.

The invited person receives an email with the subject Your Invitation to join Robustel RCMS from register@robustel.com. They should select the acceptance link in their own invitation email and follow the sign-in prompts. The invitation is intended for the recipient; do not forward it.

If the email does not arrive, check the spam or junk folder and ask the email administrator to check whether the company’s email security policy blocked the message.

During sign-in, the user may be asked to complete multi-factor authentication. For setup guidance and Microsoft Authenticator, see Create an RCMS Cloud Company Account.
